Refund and cancellation
Booking can be canceled within 3 days of the purchase and after that no cancellation can be done. The refund process will be carried out through online mode in 7-8 working days only.
The Return Period after the delivery of the product is applicable only if the product received is defective or damaged or not as described on the website.
If a customer receives a damaged of defective product or the product is not as described, then he/ she can raise a replacement request on the Website with the applicable Returns Policy period. In a rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by us once we receive back the product.
What are the checks done by Bagdara Farms while accepting (picking up) a return product from the customer?

- Complete Product
All in-the-box content should be present.
- Unused Product
The product should be unused and unsoiled with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Undamaged Product
The product should be undamaged and without any tears or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging
Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.
